Phillip E. Johnson

Phillip E. Johnson (Aurora, Illinois, 1940. június 18. – Berkeley, Kalifornia, 2019. november 2.) a Kaliforniai Egyetem (Berkeley) nyugalmazott jogászprofesszora, újjászületett keresztény, az amerikai Presbiteriánus Egyház elöljárója.^[2] Az intelligenstervezés-mozgalom atyjának tekintik, mely az evolúció kritikájára építve terjeszti az intelligens tervezés nézetét. Johnson ismert még azon véleményéről, mely szerint a szerzett immunhiányos tünetegyüttes (AIDS) okozója nem kizárólag az emberi immunhiány-előidéző vírus (HIV).^[3][4] A tudományos közösség mind az intelligens tervezéssel, mind az AIDS kialakulásával kapcsolatos nézőpontját áltudománynak ítéli.^[5][6][7]
